Job Summary
The Assistant Human Resources Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department, assisting with recruitment, employee records management, staff welfare initiatives, HR reporting, and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in recruitment and selection activities.
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Prepare recruitment documentation and personnel records.
Employee Records Management
Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases.
Ensure proper filing and secure storage of personnel records.
Update employee information and maintain confidentiality.
Human Resources Administration
Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and official correspondence.
Support attendance management and leave administration.
Prepare routine HR reports and documentation.
Assist with HR compliance and policy implementation.
Employee Welfare and Engagement
Support employee welfare initiatives and staff engagement activities.
Assist in organizing employee programs and internal communications.
Contribute to maintaining positive employee relations.
General Human Resources Support
Assist in implementing Human Resources policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to HR operations.

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Graduated in 2024 or 2025.
Male candidate.
Maximum age of 28 years.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Tanzanian Labour Laws will be an added advantage.
