Role Summary
The Officer – Supporter Relations will be responsible for developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with the school’s supporters worldwide. The successful candidate will ensure donors receive timely updates, engaging communications, and clear information showing the impact of their contributions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Donor and Supporter Relationship Management
Prepare personalized thank-you messages, emails, and supporter updates.
Coordinate donor appreciation gifts and engagement activities.
Build strong and lasting relationships with supporters.
2. Communication and Content Development
Work with different departments to collect impact stories and updates.
Develop high-quality communication materials.
Support cross-team donor communication activities.
3. Database Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate supporter records and databases.
Monitor engagement activities and prepare performance reports.
Analyze communication results against established KPIs.
4. Events and Supporter Engagement
Assist in organizing supporter visits, school tours, and online events such as Zoom meetings.
Prepare event materials and conduct supporter research.
Support successful execution of donor engagement programs.
5. Continuous Improvement
Monitor communication effectiveness.
Provide ideas to improve supporter experience and engagement strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
Education Requirements
Applicants should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
Communications
Marketing
Development Studies
Other related fields
Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:
