The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing regional operations to ensure efficient service delivery, high-quality maintenance and repair services, customer satisfaction, and effective utilization of resources in line with TEMESA’s objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Regional Manager will oversee regional operations, manage tools, equipment and materials, ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, and monitor customer service performance including complaint resolution. The role involves leading supervisors and administrative staff, setting performance targets, providing regular feedback, and managing regional budgets cost-effectively.

Additional responsibilities include strengthening technical staff capacity through training, improving operational processes through innovation and technology, expanding the Agency’s market presence, building strong customer and stakeholder relationships, supporting corporate social responsibility initiatives, and preparing regular performance and financial reports. The Regional Manager will also develop and implement regional plans aligned with TEMESA’s policies and strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration (Finance), Commerce (Finance), Finance, Marketing, Economics, Economics and Statistics, Public Administration, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering.

Candidates from engineering disciplines must be registered with the Engineering Registration Board (ERB) as Professional Engineers. A Master’s Degree related to the Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage. Applicants must have a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant working experience.

Remuneration

The position offers remuneration under TMSS Scale 10, in accordance with government regulations.
