The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for managing data systems, conducting advanced data analysis, maintaining operational applications, creating insightful reports, and improving business processes through automation and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence
The successful candidate will:
Use SQL to extract and analyze data for business requests.
Clean, organize, and prepare datasets for accurate analysis.
Merge multiple data sources to create comprehensive reports.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from business data.
Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
Provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
Data Quality & Process Automation
Responsibilities include:
Implementing data quality checks and resolving data inconsistencies.
Developing automated workflows to improve efficiency.
Supporting reporting systems and data management processes.
Ensuring accuracy, reliability, and integrity of business information.
Systems & Operational Support
The role will also involve:
Maintaining the Petty Cash Application across Tanzania.
Supervising the HR Application and related operational processes.
Supporting bonus calculation processes and ensuring accuracy.
Performing additional analytical and operational duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Applicants should possess a Degree in one of the following fields:

Professional Experience
Candidates should have:
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
Strong practical knowledge of SQL and database querying.
Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and reporting.
