1. Manager – Property Services
Role Purpose
The Manager – Property Services will oversee the effective management of DTB’s buildings, facilities, equipment, and construction projects to ensure smooth and efficient banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities and Property Management
The successful candidate will:
Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from vendors and verify invoices before payment.
Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure proper maintenance of critical facilities and equipment including:
Generators
UPS systems
Air conditioning systems
Lifts
Inverters
Network printers
Photocopiers
Furniture and office fittings
Pest control systems
Project and Vendor Management
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating branch construction and renovation projects.
Monitoring vendor performance and service quality.
Preparing maintenance cost analysis reports.
Supporting office expansion and reorganization initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management
The role requires:
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Supporting audit recommendations and governance standards.
Coordinating emergency response and backup arrangements.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in:

Experience
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in property management, facilities management, construction, or related fields.

2. Identity Access Management (IAM) Officer
Role Purpose
The IAM Officer will be responsible for managing user access rights, enforcing information security controls, and ensuring the principle of least privilege across DTB’s applications and technology systems.
Key Responsibilities
Identity and Access Management
The successful candidate will:
Manage user access throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, role changes, and offboarding.
Conduct regular access reviews and maintain accurate user records.
Prepare reports and support IAM governance processes.
Security Operations and Compliance
Responsibilities include:
Supporting Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
Managing privileged access activities.
Implementing logical access security procedures.
Preventing unauthorized access to bank systems.
Participating in IAM projects and process improvements.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in:
Computer Science
Information Technology
Information Systems
Cyber Security
Related fields
Experience
Candidates should have:
At least two (2) years of experience in Identity and Access Management, IT support, information security, or application support.
Experience in service delivery and technology support environments is an added advantage.
