Jaza Energy is seeking
a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support daily supply
chain and operational activities while gaining hands-on experience in inventory
management, procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain analytics.
Key
Responsibilities
Inventory &
Warehouse Support
- Monitor inventory movements across
warehouses and operational hubs.
- Assist with stock counts and stock
reconciliation exercises.
- Verify inventory transactions and identify
discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within
company systems.
- Support inventory accuracy and control
activities.
Data Management
& Reporting
- Update supply chain trackers and
operational reports.
- Validate operational data for accuracy and
completeness.
- Generate reports related to inventory,
procurement, and logistics.
- Support operational data analysis and
reporting.
- Identify trends and areas for process
improvement.
Procurement &
Supplier Coordination
- Assist in tracking purchase orders.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding
deliveries and documentation.
- Ensure procurement records are complete
and properly filed.
- Support procurement administration
activities.
Logistics &
Operations Support
- Track inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate deliveries between warehouses
and suppliers.
- Support import, customs clearance, and
inventory transfer documentation.
- Monitor service levels and escalate
operational issues when required.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve
operational efficiency.
- Support supply chain improvement projects.
- Participate in continuous improvement
initiatives.
- Assist with implementation of operational
enhancements.
Required
Qualifications
Education
Applicants should
possess a Bachelor's Degree in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Procurement and Logistics Management
- Logistics and Transport Management
- Business Administration (Supply Chain
Option)
- Operations Management
- Commerce
- Or any related field
Recent graduates
are highly encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word,
PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new software and systems

- Comfortable working with databases and
