Your Next Career Opportunity – Project Assistant, Capital
Projects, International In this position, qualified candidates will
provide administrative support to Construction Project Managers, assisting with
job setups, billing, accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP), close-out packages,
changing orders, and database tracking. This role ensures smooth project
execution by coordinating tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting
financial and scheduling processes.

What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
- Support
Project Managers in administrative duties related to construction
projects.
- Assist
in preparing reports, close-out packages, proposals, summaries, and
correspondence for project management and clients.
- Coordinate
job setups with project controls and accounting teams.
- Help
maintain and update trackers and databases.
- Work
with Project Managers on billing and payment processes.
- Assist
in scheduling updates and project timelines.
- Support
change order processes and job budget tracking.
- Verify
documentation accuracy and organize project files, drawings, and
specifications.
- Help
prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for materials and subcontractors.
- Work
with procurement teams on purchase requisitions and site needs.
- Support
accounts receivable and collections.
- Work
with accounting to resolve invoice and purchase order issues.
- Contribute
to digitalization efforts for improved project tracking.
- Other
duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
- H.S.
Diploma/GED required; Students of or Degree in civil engineering,
architecture, or a related field is preferred
- 1-3-
years of relevant experience in project coordination or administration.
- Domestic

Government Issued Driver’s License
