WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversees Petty Cash App maintenance across Tanzania.
• Ensures the bonus calculation
process runs smoothly.
• Supervises the HR App and
related processes.
• Must be able to use SQL to pull
data for ad-hoc requests.
• Conduct data cleaning and
prepare datasets for analysis.
• Perform data merging to
consolidate multiple data sources into comprehensive datasets. • Implement data
quality control measures to identify and correct data discrepancies.
• Create reports and
visualizations.

trends, patterns and insights.
• Develop and maintain automated
workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Any other work-related duties
that may be assigned by the supervisor.
WHAT YOU NEED
• Must have a Degree in
statistics or analytics or any other relevant related field.
• Strong desire to learn along
with professional drive.
Must have a minimum of three
(3) years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
• Must have excellent computer
skills.
• Must be Self-motivated with a
willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
• Should be able to thrive in a
fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Must have excellent analytical
skills.
• Must be Fluent in English and
Swahili both verbally and written
