Job Overview:
ASSEMBLE Insurance Tanzania Limited is looking for Sales Executives to support business growth through direct and indirect sales channels. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals with strong communication skills and an interest in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for direct and indirect sales, including advertised tenders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries, agencies, and brokers
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly visits to clients and partners
• Support business development and sales growth initiatives
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in a business-related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar sales role
• Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP) is an added advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
