Position: Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing multiple engineering projects, supervising site teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate multiple engineering and technical projects simultaneously
Manage site teams, supervisors, and technical staff
Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Set, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for projects and teams
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all operations
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management
Improve operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements
Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
A Master’s degree or professional certification in Project Management or Operations Management will be an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations or project management within a technical or engineering environment
Proven experience managing multiple projects, site teams, and supervisors
Strong background in project planning, budgeting, and resource management
Demonstrated ability to set, monitor, and report on KPIs
Solid understanding of health, safety, and quality compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
