About the Role

The Customer Operations Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational and customer data to drive strategic business decisions, improve service delivery, and enhance customer experience.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments, transform business requirements into meaningful reporting solutions, and support operational excellence through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Business Insights

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

  • Interpret operational and customer data to support strategic decision-making.

  • Assess data quality and ensure analytical accuracy.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to solve operational challenges.

Qualifications

Education
