Available Positions
1. Accountant
Job Summary
The Accountant will support the organization's financial management functions by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations.
Process payments, receipts, and other financial transactions.
Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Perform additional finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

2. Social Worker
Job Summary
The Social Worker will support community development and humanitarian programs through outreach activities, beneficiary engagement, case management, community mobilization, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Support planning and implementation of community development and humanitarian projects.
Conduct community outreach and beneficiary assessments.
Prepare activity reports and maintain accurate program documentation.
Assist in case management, referrals, and beneficiary follow-ups.
Support awareness campaigns, training programs, and community mobilization initiatives.
Coordinate with local government authorities, community leaders, and key stakeholders.
Perform other program-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Sociology, Development Studies, Psychology, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Applicants with 0–3 years of relevant experience are welcome.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
