Fleet Admin
Summary Fleet Account Manager is responsible for
building strong customer relationships, understanding needs, and offering
suitable products and services that drive sales and loyalty.
Tasks
- Sell
a range of products and services to customers.
- Develop
and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer
accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision-makers
and influencers and enable effective information flow and issue
resolution.
- Deliver
specialized support and service for new and existing accounts, respond to
complex inquiries, and support senior colleagues in maintaining
relationships.
- Set
clear objectives for each meeting; present using standard materials; ask
relevant questions to evaluate customer interest and clarify needs.
- Identify
products/services that best meet customer needs, explain configuration and
rationale, and invite customers to purchase under standard terms.
- Collaborate
internally and work as the customer champion in cross-functional teams to
build strong external relationships.
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Marketing, or a related field is preferred; strong sales experience is an
asset.
Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in a
similar role, with proven ability to work independently.
