WE ARE HIRING
ICT OFFICER
We are looking for a skilled and proactive ICT officer to
manage and support the IT infrastructure of our diverse business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage
and maintain network infrastructure (WIFI, routers, switches)
- Install,
configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems
- Provide
technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network
issues
- Administer
property management systems (PMS) and OTA Platforms
- Implement
and maintain vehicle tracking systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma
or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2
years of experience in network administration, system support or an ICT
role
- Strong
knowledge of networking, WiFi systems, CCTV installation, OTA platforms,
and VTS
- Experience
with Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Familiarity
with Microsoft Office, OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
- Basic
understanding of database management and cybersecurity
- Software
development skills (advantageous)
