Job Summary

The Direct Sales Agent will support branch sales activities by promoting NBC retail banking products while delivering excellent customer service and achieving assigned sales targets.

The role involves direct customer engagement, lead generation, and assisting clients throughout the account opening process.

Key Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and promote NBC deposit products
Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers
Participate in sales campaigns and activation events
Support digital customer onboarding through online platforms
Assist customers with account opening procedures
Ensure compliance with NBC operational standards
Follow KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
Perform additional duties assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Form Four Certificate, Diploma, or Degree
Minimum Age: 18 years and above
