Food & Beverage Supervisor (Arusha)
Kibo Palace Hotels & Resorts are seeking a passionate
Food and beverage supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for the
overall smooth daily running of the department. In your new role as Food and
Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee F&B operations and be responsible for
engaging with our guests, supervising and supporting your team with daily
activities, and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest
quality. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will enjoy working
as part of a team on a rotating roster, in a fast-paced environment. This role
will oversee the Restaurant, In Room Dining as well as Events/Conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience
in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role, or strong experience in an
F&B service role, preferable within a hotel environment
- Fluent
in the English, in order to communicate professionally with guests and
team members, both in person and over the telephone
- A
passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Create
unforgettable memories for our guests throughout the complete beverage
experience
- Demonstrated
ability to resolve problems and conflict, and work efficiently under
pressure
- Assist
with the bar operational tasks if required
- Ensure
the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
- Supervise
the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
- Build
and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting our
legendary service and enabling future bookings
- Plan
and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our
most important assets
What we are looking for

- Tertiary
education in Hospitality
- Minimum
2 years of experience in a similar role at luxury hotels/resorts
- Hotel
operational experience is preferred
- Highly
organized with excellent people skills
- Passion
for the hotel and hospitality industry
Barman / Bartender (Moshi)
Create and serve a wide range of signature beverages, from
classic cocktails to innovative originals, while cultivating an inviting bar
atmosphere that keeps guests returning for more.
Key Responsibilities
- Mix
and present beverages to brand standards.
- Engage
guests with recommendations and maintain an inviting bar atmosphere.
- Manage
inventory, requisitions, and bar organisation.
- Follow
cash‑handling procedures and balance receipts at shift end.
- Promote
responsible alcohol service and upselling initiatives.
