1. Relationship Manager, Corporate
Location: Dar-es-Salaam
Key Responsibilities:
- Development
of new business and marketing to prospective customers.
- Maintain
good public relations with current and prospective customers.
- Structure
credit facilities, prepare credit proposals, and present to the Credit
Committee.
- Negotiate
foreign exchange and credit rates within bank limits.
- Monitor
unit performance against plans and prepare Monthly Profitability Reports
(MPR).
- Provide
on-the-job training for Account Officers and appraise supervised
Relationship Officers.
2. Relationship Officer, Corporate
Location: Dar-es-Salaam
Key Responsibilities:
- New
business development and credit processing/appraisals.
Geographic Reference
- Close
monitoring of credit relationships and loan recoveries.
- Analyze
and interpret financial data to recommend creditworthiness.
- Achieve
set earnings and balance sheet targets.
- Attend
Credit Committee meetings and prepare periodic team reports.
3. Relationship Manager, Commercial
Location: Dar-es-Salaam, Arusha, Dodoma, Mwanza
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation
of Commercial Banking Strategy and product development.
- Management
and maintenance of existing and new customer relationships.
- Management
of credit risk framework and funding the bank with cheap liabilities.
- Achieve
profitability, deposit, and other performance targets.
- Prepare
team annual budgets and monthly profitability reports.
4. Relationship Manager, Public Sector
Location: Dar-es-Salaam
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation
of the Bank’s public sector strategy and product development.
- Development
of new business and management of existing customer relationships.
- Management
of credit risk framework and focus on cheap liabilities.
- Achieve
profitability and deposit targets.
- Monitor
unit performance and prepare monthly profitability reports.
5. Relationship Manager, SME & Branch Network
Location: Dodoma
Key Responsibilities:
- Business
Development: Acquire new SME customers and cross-sell products
(loans, FX, trade services).
- Credit
Analysis & Risk: Prepare credit memos, analyze
creditworthiness, and minimize non-performing loans (NPLs).
- Relationship
Management: Act as the primary contact for clients and conduct
portfolio reviews.
- Sales
Targets: Achieve financial targets for assets (loans) and
liabilities (deposits).
- Compliance: Adhere
to KYC, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and regulatory policies.
