Job Summary

The Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition will be responsible for implementing end-to-end recruitment strategies for assigned business units. The role focuses on attracting, recruiting and managing talent in line with organizational objectives, approved headcounts and business plans, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to identify current and future staffing needs. Responsibilities include planning and executing recruitment campaigns, managing recruitment processes, monitoring headcount and budgets, preparing recruitment plans, researching labor market trends within the banking sector and building partnerships with higher learning institutions to strengthen talent pipelines.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Applicants should have strong knowledge of recruitment practices, labor market trends and competency-based selection methods. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, planning and change management skills are essential. The role requires the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related field. A Master’s Degree or HR professional certification will be an added advantage. Applicants should have at least four years of experience in Human Resources Management, specifically as a Recruiter or HR Business Partner in a medium or large organization.
