Duties and Responsibilities:
To receive and register all incoming letters and documents in the incoming correspondence register.
To register outgoing letters in the outgoing correspondence register.
To distribute files to action officers.
To receive files from action officers.
To trace record files and documents needed by action officers.
To arrange files in cabinets.
To track movement of files within the institution.
To perform any other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) plus Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Health Records and Information Technology from a recognized institution.
Remuneration:
As per MNH Salary Scale.
