Requirements / Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in
business, technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience
as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Proven track record of
successfully owning and delivering products within Agile environments
- Experience with Agile
methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong understanding of
mobile money and/or financial services industry
- Proficiency in user
story writing and backlog management tools
- Ability to prioritize
and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication
and collaboration skills
Key challenges and responsibilities Product Ownership and
Strategy
- Owning and defining the
vision and roadmap for a specific product or product line
- Prioritizing and
managing the product backlog in alignment with strategic objectives
- Translating requirements
into features and ensuring clarity and transparency through user stories
and acceptance criteria
Agile Development and Delivery
- Facilitating sprint
planning sessions and participating in backlog refinement
- Delivering high-quality
features that meet user needs and business objectives
Stakeholder Management
- Communicating product
vision and roadmap to internal stakeholders
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyzing product usage
data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
