FNL Services is looking for driven and results-oriented
professionals to join our growing team in Dar es Salaam. We are currently
recruiting for the following positions:

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be expected to drive revenue
growth and manage client portfolios through the following activities:
- Strategy
& Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to
achieve company targets and identify new business opportunities.
- Team
Leadership: (For Managers) Lead, coach, and motivate the sales
team to improve performance and productivity.
- Market
Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to
identify growth opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare
and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to
management.
- Collaboration: Work
with marketing and other departments to enhance brand visibility and
product promotion.
- Customer
Excellence: Build strong client relationships and ensure high
levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum
of 1 year of proven experience in sales (Managerial
experience required for the Sales Manager role).
- Skills: *
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
- Technical: Proficiency
in MS Office is considered an added advantage.
