Position Details

• Title: Max Sales Executive
• Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager
• Locations: Geita, Mbeya, Arusha, Iringa, or Morogoro
• General Summary: Focused on achieving maximum sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory by securing new business accounts and effectively selling company products.

 

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• A Diploma or Certificate in a Business-related field.
• A background in IT is considered an added advantage.

Experience

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in internet or technology products for SMEs.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Demonstrated track record in managing customer relationships.

• Product Knowledge and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience, integrity, and time management.
• Ability to work effectively without supervision.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop a full understanding of Habari’s product lines.
• Identify potential “Habari Home” and “Business” customers.
• Discover customer needs to generate interest in products.
• Follow procedures for generating and tracking leads within sales systems.
• Follow up with potential customers and internal teams to ensure sales closure and timely installation.
• Maintain contact with new customers (especially in the first three months) to ensure service satisfaction.
